I ordered a last minute arrangement for my husband’s birthday dinner at a restaurant. I made a mistake on the website and ordered two of the same arrangement along with one balloon arrangement and didn’t notice at checkout. Someone from the shop called to confirm with me if the order was made in error or if I did need both. I really appreciated them reaching out to confirm and refunding the money since they hadn’t made it yet. The flowers were nice and delivered in record time. They followed the delivery instructions perfectly too. Would use again for an affordable last min option.
